Research Engineer (AI / ML)
Research and engineer LLM, computer vision, and NLP solutions, transforming cutting-edge academic breakthroughs into deployable product modules.
Responsibilities
- Research and develop LLM applications, including RAG, fine-tuning, and prompt engineering
- Design and implement computer vision and NLP models, and optimize their performance
- Engineer research outputs into deployable APIs or product modules
- Write technical documentation and co-author academic papers

Requirements
- Master's degree or above in CS, EE, Mathematics, or a related field
- Proficient in Python and deep learning frameworks (PyTorch / TensorFlow)

Full-Stack Engineer

Data Engineer
Design and build data pipelines and infrastructure to ensure data quality and availability for AI model training and inference.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain large-scale data pipelines (ETL / ELT)
- Build data warehouse and data lake architectures to support AI model training and analytics
- Develop data quality monitoring and anomaly detection mechanisms
- Collaborate with research teams to prepare structured and unstructured datasets for model training
- Optimize query performance and storage costs
Requirements
- Proficient in SQL and at least one NoSQL database (MongoDB, Redis, etc.)

Product Manager (AI Products)

Responsibilities
- Define AI product strategy, author PRDs, and build feature roadmaps
- Deeply understand client pain points and translate needs into technically feasible product solutions
- Collaborate with research, engineering, and design teams to drive product iterations and delivery
- Track product metrics and make data-driven decisions for optimization
- Manage international client relationships and support business presentations and product demos
Requirements
- 2+ years of product management experience, preferably in B2B or tech products
- Foundational understanding of AI/ML technologies with the ability to communicate effectively with engineering teams
- Excellent project management and cross-functional coordination skills
- Fluent in both English and Mandarin (written and verbal)

UI/UX Designer
Design intuitive, elegant user experiences for AI products, translating complex technical capabilities into clean, engaging interfaces.

- Own UI/UX design for AI products, from wireframes to high-fidelity mockups
- Build and maintain a design system to ensure visual consistency across products
- Conduct user research and usability testing to drive data-informed design decisions

Requirements
- 2+ years of UI/UX design experience with a strong portfolio
